Application & Exemption Byelaw 2016 now in effect

This byelaw has the effect of making several Eastern IFCA byelaws apply within the area inherited from North Eastern Sea Fisheries Committee (NESFC), an approximately 9 mile stretch of coast on the south bank of the Humber.  It revokes 15 byelaws inherited from NESFC and one Eastern IFCA byelaw.  The byelaw also enables Eastern IFCA to grant exemptions from byelaws for reasons relating to scientific research, stocking and breeding purposes and reasons relating to biosecurity management.

For more information, including coordinates of the ‘inherited area’, please follow the link to the byelaw page – [here]
