Mr Rob Spray
I am a SCUBA diver who learnt in East Anglia and has been diving here for 12 years. I am joint co-ordinator for the Marine Conservation Society’s Seasearch project in the region conducting underwater surveys and training others to do the same. Seasearch has been one of the main sources of inshore conservation information for the current MCZ process. Underwater photography is an important part of the surveying and recording and helps with public awareness work carried out with local wildlife trusts, councils and AONB bodies. Photographs form the North Sea have been used nationwide and the Seasearch East website plays host to the largest archive of marine photographs from the region.
