Business Plan 2021-2026 Published
The Business Plan for the coming 5 years was approved by Members (at the 43rd Eastern IFCA Meeting) and is now published on our website.
The plan sets out organisational business planning for the five-year period and sets out the annual priorities for this financial year. Priorities are refreshed annually to take into account risk and other drivers as set out in the annual Strategic Assessment.
