Comments, Compliments and Complaints

The Authority seeks to operate in a fair, proportionate, and transparent manner. Feedback from stakeholders is welcomed and will inform decisions on how we deliver our duties and the best customer service.

All comments, compliments and complaints (except complaints relating to Authority decisions or members) should be directed to our Support team at the main office in Kings Lynn.

 

Comments

General comments about the Authority, whether positive or negative, are welcomed and will be taken into consideration.

 

Compliments

If you have been impressed by or appreciate the service you have received, or by the general work of the Authority, we would appreciate you telling us so that we can take it into account in future decision making and service delivery.

 

General Complaints

A complaint relates to a defined topic and/or a particular officer for which the complainant seeks some form of formal consideration or resolution.

 

Complaints about an Authority decision or against a member of the Authority

All such complaints should be made in writing and addressed for the attention of the CEO using either the e-mail address or postal address below.
