CEFAS and AIFCA joint study on The Wash stocks

Cefas and AIFCA are carrying out a joint study to understand how stocks in the Wash are changing over time (in relation to weather effects, mortality events or general stock health).

To help build a clearer picture and validate scientific data collected, fishermen are invited to share their experience of the changes they are seeing. This can help to inform future monitoring and research, and will support local fisheries by helping to identify challenges and opportunities in future fisheries and ensure better preparation for if changes occur.
