Derogations

Given the responsibilities placed upon Eastern IFCA with regard to Marine Protected Areas (MPA) and the significant liabilities therein, a new derogation process is in use.  Derogations may now take up to28 working days to process if the activity does not take place in an MPA and up to 56 working days if the proposed activity will take place in an MPA.
