CSCB MCZ ARM UPDATE AND CONSULTATION LAUNCH
Eastern IFCA is launching a consultation on the Cromer Shoal Chalk Beds Byelaw 2023 Phase 1 permit conditions. This is the first phase of permit condition development intended to be agreed prior to the byelaw being confirmed. The consultation considers two proposed permit conditions:
- An inshore potting vessel restriction
- A winter closure over the ‘rugged chalk’
