Marine Protected Areas Byelaw 2018: Now in Effect
The Marine Protected Areas Byelaw came in to force on 2nd March 2020 and is now in effect as of 4th May 2020. This byelaw restricts certain types of fishing activities to protect marine habitats and species within, or adjacent to, marine protected areas.
