Shellfish Movement Form

If you are the holder of a shellfish lay (an area of the Wash for which you have a private right of fishery for the purpose of shellfish aquaculture) or are operating a lay on behalf of the lay holder, you must seek the consent of the Authority to import any shellfish and notify the Authority of any shellfish taken from the lays. To do so, please complete and return the Shellfish Movement Form.

Note – you must not import any shellfish into shellfish lays without the written consent of the Authority.
